Klepon is a fluffy round-shaped desset made of tapioca starch stuffed with melted palm sugar and covered with grated coconut. If taken when warm, each bite squeezes the filling and creates a sensation like a volcanic eruption.
FLOWER SHAPED COOKIES
The flower-shaped cookie is another Indonesian popular cookie which is usually savoured in a more casual way. The main crusty part is made of flour, butter and eggs combined with some fruit jam stuck on it.
